Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that there is a service outbreak for one of the shared hosting servers for server 17 due to the outbreak of a fire in the data center of the service provider.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-france-ovh-fire-idUSKBN2B20NU

We have also been informed by the service provider that work is underway to retrieve the data, and this may take several hours or days, according to the service provider

We will notify all clients of our shared hosting server No. 17 upon service return

Update Thursday, March 11, 2021

We were informed by the service provider that work is still ongoing and is expected to continue until Tuesday, March 16, 2021

The possibility of data recovery is not confirmed yet.

Options available right now:

First option: wait until after the date of March 16 for more news from the service provider

There is no confirmation from the service provider that the data can be retrieved yet

or

Second option: submit a request to move to another server, which means the following:

Upon your request to change the server, the support team will create a new account on another server for the hosting service according to your package, without additional fees for the package.

The hosting service will be established as new without any data (website content / database and email content)

It also requires changing the DNS (name server) for the domain

If your domain is registered with Host Doctor, the work team will take the necessary action, But if the domain is registered with another party, you must login to the domain control panel at the domain registrar and modify the hosting servers DNS. (Such as the Saudi domain or Go Daddy and others).

In the event that it is confirmed by the service provider that the data cannot be retrieved, the work task team will apply the second option, establishing new accounts for the hosting packages for each customer.

Thank you for your patient and understanding.
